“Unshakable Hope” Begins Production in Oklahoma

Tulsa’s own Impact Productions, in association with the Oklahoma Film + Music Office (OF+MO), is proud to announce the start of production on the television series “Unshakable Hope”. The series is utilizing the Oklahoma Film Enhancement Rebate Program administered by OF+MO, and will begin principal photography on April 24, 2017, in Tulsa.

Based on the forthcoming book from bestselling author Max Lucado, “Unshakable Hope” is a new inspirational television series. Impact Productions is producing the fourteen episode program which will air nationwide on the Trinity Broadcast Network (TBN).

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Max Lucado once again. He is an international favorite and dear friend of the TBN family,” said Matt and Laurie Crouch of Trinity Broadcasting Network.

“Max Lucado’s books have inspired readers around the world for decades, and Impact Productions is honored to play a part in shaping his latest message for a television audience. In uncertain times, people are looking for ‘unshakable hope’,” said President of Impact Productions Tom Newman. “We have partnered with local artists and designers to create a warm, beautiful aesthetic that reflects the handiwork of some of Oklahoma’s finest talent. From start to finish, this series will showcase our home state’s thriving creative community.”

“It is our pleasure to welcome acclaimed author Max Lucado to Tulsa, Oklahoma, to create the series with local production company Impact Productions,” said OF+MO Director Tava Maloy Sofsky. “‘Unshakable Hope’” will be the fifth television show to utilize the Oklahoma Film Enhancement Rebate Program in the past year, which creates job sustainability and reaffirms the overall economic impact and longevity our program offers. We could not agree more with Impact Productions in recognizing what an honor it is for all of us to showcase Oklahoma’s innovative creative community.”
