“The Mustard Seed” Completes Filming in Oklahoma

The Mustard Seed Production Corporation, in association with the Oklahoma Film + Music Office (OF+MO), is pleased to announce the completion of photography in Oklahoma on the feature film “The Mustard Seed”.

Utilizing the Oklahoma Film Enhancement Rebate Program administered by OF+MO, “The Mustard Seed” wrapped principal photography on October 5, 2018, in Guthrie after nearly three weeks of filming throughout the central Oklahoma region. The City of Guthrie served as the production’s primary hub of activity throughout their time in Oklahoma with additional filming in the cities of Bethany, Mustang and Luther.

Helmed by legendary television director Rich Correll (“Hannah Montana”, “Fuller House”), “The Mustard Seed” is a faith-based drama that tells the story of a young child named Sara Hopkins, who receives the ability to perform miracles after she claims to have witnessed God’s appearance near the riverbank of her grandfather’s favorite fishing spot. The film stars Austyn Johnson (“The Greatest Showman”) as Sara Hopkins alongside acclaimed talent of Academy Award-winning actress Mira Sorvino (“Mighty Aphrodite”), Kevin Sorbo (“Hercules: The Legendary Journey”) and Paul-Mikel Williams (“Westworld”).

Correll also serves as a producer on the project with Terry Rindal and Executive Producer Laurence Jaffe.
