OF+MO Returns to Nashville for 2022 AmericanaFest

The Oklahoma Film + Music Office (OF+MO) is proud to be a returning partner of the Americana Music Association’s annual Americana Music Festival & Conference (AmericanaFest) in Nashville, Tenn., September 13-17.

Gathering thousands of artists, fans and industry professionals from all over the world, AmericanaFest will feature seminars, discussion panels and networking events as well as the festival’s marque event, the Americana Honors & Awards Show, which will feature performances by genre-leading talent. Additionally, Oklahoma musicians John Fullbright and Kaitlin Butts are among over 200 artists who will be performing at many of Nashville’s most prominent music venues throughout the five-day festival.

“With thousands of attendees representing some of the music industry’s most renowned professionals and artists, we’re thrilled to return to an in-person experience at this year’s AmericanaFest and help shine a light on Oklahoma’s music scene and the amazing talent and resources we have,” said OF+MO Director Tava Maloy Sofsky.

OF+MO has previously partnered with Americana multiple times providing panels and performance opportunities for local musicians. Now available on OF+MO’s YouTube Channel the most recent partnership with the festival featured artist showcases from various Oklahoma musicians that was recorded at Tulsa’s legendary Mercury Lounge during the event’s virtual presentation.
