The Oklahoma Film + Music Office (OF+MO) will partner with the Oklahoma Motion Picture Alliance to present Film Day at the Capitol next Tuesday, February 28. This free event will bring together state legislators and the state’s film industry for an afternoon of insightful demonstrations and fellowship highlighting the economic impact of the film and television industry in Oklahoma.
As a partner of this event, OF+MO will be in attendance and have an informational booth in the exhibiting area alongside other local film industry organizations and businesses that will be showcasing their services.
“OF+MO is proud to participate in this event, which has previously proven to be successful in showcasing the depth and talent of Oklahoma’s film and television industry to lawmakers as they dive into a new legislative season ahead,” said OF+MO Director Jeanette Stanton.
All Film Day activities will take place 12:00 – 4:00 p.m. on the second floor rotunda of the Oklahoma State Capitol, located at 2300 N. Lincoln Blvd. in Oklahoma City.
