Location of the Month for December 2022: The Oilman’s Daughter on 12th Street

Available as both a filming location or accommodations for visiting cast or crew in the area, the Oilman’s Daughter on 12th Street is a beautifully renovated Spanish Colonial Revival style residence located minutes away from historic downtown Pawhuska. The property has over 100 years of history in the area being built in the early 1900s by a direct descendent of Osage Chief Paw-Hiu-Skah, or Chief White Hair, from whom the city itself got its name. The four bedroom, four and a half bath home rests on a corner lot with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, including an expansive living area, an enclosed garden room, dining room, historical library and modern kitchen. Locally owned by two sisters from Pawhuska, this is one of two properties they oversee in the town that present a world of opportunities for filmmakers.

Many thanks to the owners of this property for sharing these images with us and for their film friendly support.
