STORYLINE
Follows four Native teenagers in rural Oklahoma who spend their days committing crime … and fighting it.
BREAKDOWN OF ROLES
[WOMAN 1] 30 to 50 years old; all ethnicities; woman. She works the records desk at the Indian Health Services clinic, and she hands documents to a patient. 1 Scene, 2 lines. CO-STAR.
[KIOWA BOY] 13 to 15 years old; Indigenous; boy. MUST SPEAK KIOWA. Handcuffed to a bench in a detention room, he is inconsolable and scared. 1 Scene, 1 line. CO-STAR.
[WOMAN 2] 30 to 60 years old; white; woman. This kindly woman apologizes for taking a long time to wash her hands in the ladies room. 1 Scene, 1 line. CO-STAR.
[WAITRESS] 40 to 60 years old; all ethnicities; any gender. A career waitress in a small-town diner. She is kind, friendly, is good at her job, and her regulars love her. 2 Scenes, 9 lines. CO-STAR.
[COUNTER MAN] 30 to 50 years old; all ethnicities; man. He works the counter at a small-town diner. He is unable to help a customer with a request. 1 Scene, 1 line. CO-STAR.
[NUN 1] 40 to 60 years old; white; woman. This nun complains about the food, as well as the students, at her school. She is kind to her sisters, but is rather coarse with her students. 3 Scenes, 4 lines. CO-STAR.
[NUN 2] 30 to 50 years old; white; woman. This nun is not happy about the food at the convent, and even less happy about the students she teaches. 2 Scenes, 3 lines. CO-STAR.
[MAN 1] 30 to 50 years old; white; man. Holding a lantern, this man searches for a woman lost in the woods. He and his partner believe it is time to give up the search and head back. 1 Scene, 4 lines. CO-STAR
