Post-Production Supervisor

Moore is searching for a Post-Production Supervisor to lead its team of editors in Tulsa, OK. This person will provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight for the post-production team, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of all projects. The role involves managing workflows, scheduling, mentoring, and maintaining the team’s technological capabilities while focusing on continuous improvement in the team’s skills and processes.

Impact:

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Oversee, mentor, and develop the post-production team, specifically leading and guiding editors. Provide mentorship and training to improve their skills and ensure continuous learning.
  • Project Management: Oversee the post-production process for all projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain post-production schedules, ensuring all team members are aligned and projects stay on track. Coordinate efforts between production, creative, and post-production to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Workflow Design & Optimization: Design and implement efficient workflows and post-production processes. Introduce technologies and methods, including AI, that enhance the team’s performance and streamline tasks.
  • File & Archival Management: Maintain proper organization, management, and archival of all digital files and projects. Develop and implement file structures and archival processes to allow easy retrieval.
  • Server Maintenance: Ensure post-production servers are maintained, organized, and optimized to handle ongoing and future projects.
  • Skill Development & AI Integration: Actively work on advancing the post-production team’s skill sets, focusing on innovative ways to leverage AI and new tools to make workflows easier and more efficient.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in post-production, with proficiency in creative digital workflows, AI tools, and hardware systems.
  • Strong ability to lead and mentor the post-production team, particularly editors.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and AI-based production tools. Asana and Workfront a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to address complex post-production challenges.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with other departments and clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
