About the Role:
The Flight Film Team is responsible for creating enchanting, enthralling, and highly innovative film concepts. They are seeking filmmakers who are passionate about cinema—captivating characters, resonating scores, and narrative beats that make films memorable. Being a Flight filmmaker is all about creativity and consistency. The team is highly collaborative, with filmmakers routinely working alongside other filmmakers, producers, strategists, and writers to craft compelling narratives. As a Senior Filmmaker with artistic passion, one will be responsible for supporting a creative vision and overseeing every aspect of production.

Expectations and Responsibilities:
- Video production & post-production skills, including camera operation, on-set lighting, audio capture, and non-linear video editing
- On-set director and DP experience, including talent direction
- Developing imaginative film concepts that solve client marketing challenges and meet strategic goals
- Working collaboratively to script, storyboard and execute captivating film concepts
Working within Adobe Creative Suite and Davinci Resolve environments - Conceptual and technical problem-solving to stay within project budgets
- Client-facing presentation and communication skills, including the development of presentation decks

Bonus Points for:
- Background in Sony, RED, ARRI and/or Black Magic
- Proficiency in creating basic motion graphics
- Experience working in an agency, marketing or media department, or other creatively focused, fast-paced environment
- An understanding of marketing and advertising tactics, including traditional, digital, and emerging media

- May be required to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time
- Flexible availability for the occasional night and weekend shoots
