SYNOPSIS

Brian, a high school junior with a quick wit and a short temper, struggles with very public “freak-outs” that make social situations near impossible. His cooler older brother is a constant source of anger. His parents aren’t much help either. They regularly send him to a weekly therapist who listens to Brian word vomit his feelings. It’s the worst kept secret in school that Brian is hopelessly in love with his teacher and is made fun of by his classmates for it. Brian’s life takes a turn when the new kid in school befriends him. Eager to find a new way to stand out, Brian decides to run for class president, with his new friend as campaign manager. The race for class president becomes more than just a campaign; it’s Brian’s path to self- discovery and acceptance.

The film is written by Mike Scollins, and produced by Thomas Mahoney, Casey Hanley and Rebellium Films
