At only 20 years old, Saige Cross has been crafting his skill and passion for songwriting over the last 6 years in order to create a lasting piece of notable art. Although he began playing the guitar at the age of eight, it was not until he was fourteen, when he attended a Sting concert, that he began to grasp what a song can do for its listeners.
Local recording studio Post 352 Music is soon to release Saige’s debut album, Weather Balloon. The album is an ode to a well-lived life, which will inspire listeners to strive for one no matter their age. Post 352 Music has had the privilege of its production and publishing.
“I spent over a year writing [Weather Balloon], and recorded it at Post 352 Studios in OKC. It’s a deeply personal album that explores a lot of themes that I believe many people can relate to and hopefully really enjoy. It was a great experience making it, and I hope that translates when people listen to it. I love all of these songs, and I think everyone else will too,” Saige said of his debut album.
